Hi! I'm Ashley, a Midwest transplant and longtime Birmingham resident. I've had a love of making sweet treats since I was a little girl helping my mom make Christmas goodies for friends and family. In 2005 I graduated with an AAS in Culinary Arts and went to work with an incredibly talented pastry chef. Once landing in Birmingham I worked with Edgars for several years as an assistant manager before moving on to Iron City where I was the in-house pastry chef for seven years. More recently I worked as the executive pastry chef for Ferus and its sister properties. When I'm not in the kitchen I'm spending time with my husband, kids and dogs.
